Cs: Jarní slunce jemně osvětlovalo Pražský hrad, jehož majestátní věže se tyčily nad bílými a růžovými květy třešní.
En: The spring sun gently illuminated Pražský hrad, its majestic towers rising above the white and pink cherry blossoms.
Cs: Jana, mladá archivářka, stála na nádvoří a obdivovala krásu kolem.
En: Jana, a young archivist, stood in the courtyard admiring the beauty around her.
Cs: Držela v ruce starý dopis, obalený v látce, s pečetí rodiny, o které se dlouho myslelo, že zmizela z historie.

En: "But if you have it arranged..." Jana knew she had to act quickly.
Cs: Marek byl většinou v knihovně nahoře na hlavní věži.
En: Marek was usually in the library at the top of the main tower.
Cs: Vyhnula se strážím a tiše prošla potemnělou chodbou.
En: She evaded the guards and quietly passed through the dimly lit corridor.
Cs: Našla dveře knihovny a lehce zaklepala.
En: She found the library door and knocked lightly.
Cs: Dveře se pomalu otevřely a před ní stál Marek.
En: The door slowly opened, and there stood Marek.

En: "Jano?"
Cs: řekl překvapeně.
En: he said in surprise.
Cs: "Co tě sem přivádí?"
