Ronald LaPread, a founding member and bassist of the Commodores, has died at 75. LaPread helped shape the group's signature sound and contributed to some of its biggest hits, including "Easy," "Brick House," "Three Times a Lady," "Still" and the Grammy-winning "Nightshift."
