In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, veteran correspondent Scott Pelley has accused CBS News executive Bari Weiss of ‘murdering’ 60 Minutes. “She was brought in to kill it, and she’s been doing exactly that,” Pelley said of his boss at a heated meeting Monday. Pelley reportedly deplored the “catastrophic” changes Weiss has made to the “CBS Evening News,” a show he hosted from 2011 to 2017.
