Episode 10 picks up with the ladies arriving in Boston, where tensions from the previous episode immediately explode. Alicia is emotional after her confrontation with Liz, while Jo-Ellen attempts to check in on everyone. Liz feels Jo-Ellen is being fake and disingenuous, setting the stage for one of the most chaotic fights of the season. 

As more guests arrive for Rich's Sinatra Sunday event, including Monique, the tension becomes impossible to ignore. Liz storms outside for a cigarette, Jo-Ellen follows, and the argument escalates dramatically. Liz accuses Jo-Ellen of being fake, Jo-Ellen questions why Liz is acting so aggressively, and the confrontation reaches a shocking point when Liz pulls Jo-Ellen's hair during Rich's performance. The embarrassing public blowup leaves everyone stunned, while Alicia desperately tries to stop the fighting. 

Later, Alicia discusses the drama with her family while celebrating her daughter's dance championship. Her relatives rally around her, suggesting Liz may be jealous, though Alicia pushes back on the idea that her life is perfect. Meanwhile, questions arise about Liz's behavior and emotional state following the confrontation. 

Elsewhere, Rosie spends time with Rich's family and faces questions about marriage and children. Rich's parents openly discuss grandchildren, leading to a playful but revealing conversation about age, family planning, and their future together. 

Ashley and Jared continue exploring ways to grow their coffee shop business, while Kelsey opens up about a life-changing discovery from a past car accident that revealed a brain tumor. She also makes her relationship with Billy "official" for the first time. 

The episode culminates with a tense sit-down between Liz and Jo-Ellen. Instead of finding resolution, they rehash their grievances. Liz accuses Jo-Ellen of being fake and playing both sides, while Jo-Ellen insists she was only trying to support Alicia and de-escalate the situation. The conversation quickly deteriorates into personal attacks, leaving their friendship seemingly beyond repair.
