073 | Inner Child Healing Meditation

Episode 73 Published 1 month, 2 weeks ago
Description

The little girl inside of you is still there. And she's been waiting for you to come back for her. Not to fix her. Not to heal her like a project. Just to see her. To hold her. To let her know that she's safe now and that you've got her. That you're not going anywhere. That everything she went through, everything she felt, everything she needed and didn't always receive, it mattered. She mattered. And she still does.

So much of what shows up in our adult lives, the overgiving, the shrinking, the fear of being too much, the feeling like love has to be earned, traces back to her. To a moment, or many moments, where she needed something and didn't quite get it. Where she learned to make herself smaller, to be more agreeable, to hold it together. And she's been carrying that ever since. Until now.

This meditation is your invitation to go back. To sit with her, hold her, and let her finally feel what she's always deserved to feel. Safe. Seen. Heard. Loved. Exactly as she is.

This one is for the woman who does the work but hasn't fully let herself feel it yet. The woman who's been so focused on becoming that she forgot to tend to who she already was. If you've been craving more joy, more play, more of that light and free energy that lives so naturally inside of you, this is where you come back to it. Settle in. Come with an open heart and a little grace. And let this be a gift to yourself today. Bookmark this one. You'll want to return to it again and again.
