The show kicks off with a pair of wild hot mic moments from the college sports world. First, LSU pitcher Devin Sheeran (yes, Ed's brother) gets flagged by the ESPN broadcast crew for his colorful vocabulary during a game. Then things escalate when a mystery voice during a Nebraska–Oklahoma State women's softball broadcast drops a phrase that no one can explain, no one can identify, and no one will ever forget. The ball sack lady remains at large.

From there the boys pivot to the story of the week — a Michigan woman arrested at CVS who was found, during processing into jail, to have an unopened bottle of Cupcake Vineyards Pinot Grigio hidden somewhere it was never designed to go. The LinkedIn profile connection makes the whole thing ten times better. This spirals into a conversation about the most creative ways the guys have ever smuggled liquor into a sporting event (binoculars, Listerine bottles, questionable medical equipment), plus a legendary flashback to a long-lost figure known only as the Beeper Girl.

Will Levis then enters the chat — his mom went on a podcast and shared that her son spent a significant amount of money trying to get his sex tape scrubbed from the internet. She also confirmed it didn't work. The guys have thoughts.

Then, bafflingly, Bryce Harper went viral on TikTok for how he brushes his teeth. Specifically: he squeezes toothpaste directly into his mouth, then applies the brush. The OBB crew debates whether this is a one-time-only acceptable behavior or a full-blown character flaw.

The back half of the episode is Five Questions, and this week's batch is a banger: something attractive at 18 that's embarrassing by 30, which military role you'd actually be good at, which animal species deserves the biggest legal settlement against humanity, the company that's lost you as a customer forever, and what's the single worst thing to hear right after waking up from anesthesia.
