Published 3 weeks ago
Description
An 18-year-old man has been banned from entering soccer fields and playing organised matches after facing court over a brawl at an under-17s game between Revesby Rovers and Greenacre Eagles in Sydney's south-west. Police allege Mostapha Derbas armed himself with a screwdriver from his car during the fight at Revesby on Saturday afternoon, and he was granted conditional bail after spending a night in custody. A 47-year-old man has also been charged with assault and affray, with police indicating more charges are likely as the investigation continues.
