Driver charged and swimmer's body found in Sydney

Description
A 60-year-old man has been charged with multiple offences including driving while disqualised after allegedly fleeing police and crashing into a barrier on the M4 at Merrylands in Sydney's west at 2am. In a separate incident, the body of a 30-year-old man has been recovered by a fishing vessel crew two nautical miles east of Little Bay Beach, a week after he was seen struggling in the water and disappeared.
