As a coach, I've sat with so many individuals who tell me that writing is tremendously stressful. I have a lot of thoughts on that!
In today's episode, I'm going to take you through Part 1: "I'm being chased by a bear!" This is a common phrase people use to distinguish a daily stressor from a bonafide emergency situation. (Hint: Running late on a deadline might feel like a bear's breath on your neck, but it's actually a panic "thought.")
