Greater L-A Triple Crown 5K Series committee members Erin Dunbar and Tyrone Fulgham join Mark to talk about the popular run/walk/adaptive series that begins with the YMCA Fit Fest on June 7! Subsequent races include Emily's Run on July 19, and the L-A Bridge Run on Aug. 23. Proceeds from the races benefit the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA, the Fletcher Foundation, and the Bridge Run Foundation.
