S3E46 - Wrapping Up the Parent Companion Series + What's In Store for Season 4!

Season 3 Episode 46 Published 1 day, 2 hours ago
Description

In this final episode of the Parent Companion for Play Therapy series, I reflect on why this season has mattered so much to me and to the field of child-centered play therapy. Parents are a crucial part of a child's healing journey, and one of our greatest goals is helping parents feel equipped to understand what their children need, how to communicate with them effectively, and how to support them as they grow and work through struggles. Whether your child is in play therapy or not, every child benefits from having at least one adult who deeply understands, supports, and believes in them.

I also share the exciting news that the Parent Companion for Play Therapy book is now available on Amazon. The book was created to help parents better understand the play therapy process and how children grow emotionally, relationally, and developmentally through that work. Finally, I introduce Season 4 of the podcast, which will focus entirely on answering your real parenting questions. Moving forward, I want the podcast to center on the issues, struggles, and concerns that matter most to you and your family.
