י"ב סיון הוא סיום ימי התשלומין דחג השבועות. ענין ה"תשלומין בעבודה: "תשלומין" פירושו הן השלמת החסרון, והן מלשון "שלימות"‏ – ‏אפי' כאשר לא חסר מאומה בעצם העבודה, אעפ"כ, שייך תמיד להוסיף בשלימות העבודה. וההוראה: אע"פ שבודאי היתה אצל כאו"א מישראל העבודה דזמן מ"ת בשלימות, אבל מפני שהוא ממשיך להתעלות בעבודתו מיום ליום דימי התשלומין עד לרגע האחרון של י"ב סיון‏ – ‏עליו להמשיך ולהוסיף שלימות בכל הענינים הקשורים לזמן מ"ת בהתאם למעמדו ומצבו אז. ובמילא יש לנצל כל רגע מיום זה כדי שכל הענינים דזמן מ"ת יהיו בתכלית השלימות!‏

12 Sivan is the conclusion of the days of Tashlumin for Shavuos. In terms of Divine service: Tashlumin has two meanings: (1) making up for what is lacking, and (2) adding perfection (sheleimus), even when nothing was lacking in one’s service – because there is always room for further perfection. Thus, although every Jew surely performed the service of the Giving of the Torah fully, nevertheless, since one constantly advances in his service from day to day and from moment to moment, always rising higher and higher, one must therefore continue to add more and more perfection up until the final moment of 12 Sivan, relative to his new, higher state.
