The death toll from Tuesday's chemical tank rupture at the Nippon Dynawave Packaging plant in Longview has risen to two, with nine workers still unrecovered. A 900,000-gallon white liquor tank failed Tuesday morning, injuring seven mill employees and one firefighter.
