NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman discusses the agency's plans for a so-called "Moon Base" that will eventually allow for a permanent human presence on the lunar surface. He says they're looking at 2027 through 2029 for phase one and 2029 through the early 2030s for phase two. He adds that SpaceX is hands down their greatest commercial space company. He speaks with Bloomberg Tech co-hosts Ed Ludlow and Caroline Hyde.
