The final phase of Seahawks OTA’s is underway, and Mike Macdonald is already giving us some meaningful clues.

After laying out 10 things that matter during OTA’s on yesterday's show, we now have a few early answers: encouraging injury updates, a pass-rush contract that looks even better than it did when it was signed, and a new slogan/message pushing the defending champions forward as they try to repeat.

This is not about overreacting to practice. It is about identifying the storylines that could actually carry into training camp — and maybe into another championship run.
