Biden's commission on federal courts opened with a shocking revelation: the left doesn't like judicial review! At least some on the left don't like judicial review if it is being used by a federal court dominated by conservatives. Of course, the only way the left has won anything is through the federal courts. But the mere fact that people are talking about this is a great development.
