Reproductive rights return to the ballot in WI Supreme Court election

The state Supreme Court ruled last summer that an infamous 1849 law doesn’t ban medical abortions. But reproductive rights are still on the ballot, according to a group of lawmakers, physicians and advocates who joined forces at a press conference today ahead of the spring election.
