This 3 minute meditation to calm your mind helps you slow your thoughts, settle your energy, and reconnect with the stillness that exists beneath the surface. Through gentle breathing and quiet awareness, you’ll release mental tension and return to a more grounded, peaceful state.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Feeling mentally overwhelmed or overstimulated
• Struggling to quiet your thoughts
• Needing a quick moment of calm
• Looking for a short mindfulness reset
• Wanting to feel more centered and at ease
