This sparked online comments from teammates and media and fans alike. Regardless of anyone's political feelings, these things are sensitive matters and are bound to spark concern. How much it actually affects the Giants this season may be debatable, but it is part of a long list of things they need to overcome now. The Arizona Cardinals decided to go with Jacoby Brissett as their starter and he immediately held out for more money. Brissett is right to do so, but this is an embarrassing time for the Cards. Finally, the Los Angeles Rams got an extension done with Matthew Stafford. Stafford has taken the Rams to a new level and it makes their decision to draft Ty Simpson look even more curious.
