Clare people are being urged to prevent the risk of drowning and not follow their dogs into the water. Clare's County Dog Warden has issued the warning as temperatures are set to reach 22 degrees here next week. Pet owners are being advised to have confidence into their dog's swimming ability and not to enter the water if they appear to be struggling. Frankie Coote says it has resulted in tragedies in the past.
