From $5,000 to $15,000: How Web Designer Academy Student Aprile Blair Tripled Her Prices
Aprile Blair spent 23 years in corporate aviation - working her way up to Director of Marketing - before she finally gave her notice and went all in on her own web design business. In this episode, she shares the whole journey: building her first website over a single weekend, meeting Shannon at a conference, doing two rounds of 90-Day Shift Private Coaching, and going from pricing projects way too low to charging what they're actually worth.
The centerpiece of this conversation is Aprile's pricing breakthrough. Before coaching, she would have quoted a major project at $3,500. After working through the Package Matrix and the mindset work that made it possible to actually put higher numbers in front of clients, she quoted $15,500. The client picked the top tier without blinking. That one project paid for her entire coaching investment.
