The Ducks have been overlapping quite a bit with Miami on the recruiting trail this cycle, as King's flip comes shortly after top Oregon cornerback target Donte Wright Jr. flipped his commitment from the Georgia Bulldogs to the Hurricanes. Dan Lanning and Oregon now have just one cornerback commitment in the 2027 cycle in 4-star West Linn (Ore.) cornerback Josiah Molden.
