And in Wisconsin, a man has been charged with first-degree homicide in the disappearance of his wife of nearly 20 years; investigators say he bought a trash can four days after she was last seen, created a new Facebook profile listing himself as widowed, joined Tinder within a month, and was later found to have given his new girlfriend his missing wife's wedding ring.
