I grew up in Detroit, where Greektown was such a vibrant part of the city — and some of my earliest memories are tied to that incredible food and culture. It’s the kind of cuisine you don’t find everywhere in Texas, unless you know where to look.

That’s why I’m so excited to welcome Vanessa Chinopoulou-McCoy with Nostimo Texas LLC. “Nostimo” means delicious, and its roots connect to the ancient Greek idea of returning to something you deeply desire. I can’t wait to hear Vanessa’s story and the journey behind this incredible company.
