Hey Carpool Crew! In today’s episode, Pastor Justin shares the incredible story from Mark chapter 4 when Jesus calmed a massive storm with just three words: “Silence. Be still.”

The disciples were terrified as waves crashed into their boat and the wind shook everything around them. But while everyone else panicked, Jesus stood up calmly and showed that even the wind and waves obey Him.

This episode reminds kids that Jesus is not only bigger than storms outside the boat, but also the storms happening inside our hearts and minds. Whether it’s anxiety, fear, frustration, sadness, or stress, Jesus cares about every loud feeling we carry.

Kids will learn:

• Why the disciples were so afraid during the storm
• How Jesus responded with peace instead of panic
• What to do when emotions feel overwhelming
• Why talking about your worries helps
• How prayer invites Jesus into hard moments

“Jesus, be still.”
