We talk with David Karr, the Top Broker of CR Properties and with over 15 years of experience in Jaco and Central Pacific Real Estate. He also owns some vacation rentals himself and gives us his opinion on what to look for when it comes to creating returns on a Costa Rica Vacation Rental.
With supply being an issue, a lot of new preconstruction deals are being done at the moment and no more than Jaco, where a few new condo projects are kicking off. We discuss the risk and benefits of investing in a project preconstruction.
David gives us his personal opinion on what he would personally invest in from the listings he has.
