Hillary Sackett-Taylor is an academic leader, economist, author, and leadership coach whose work bridges higher education, personal growth, and systems thinking. In addition to her history of university administrative leadership, she has taught economics for more than a decade and has developed interdisciplinary honors curriculum centered on leadership, ethics, and social impact.

Outside of higher education, Hillary is the creator of the ALIGN framework, a leadership and personal development model that helps individuals reconnect with their values, intuition, and authentic direction in the midst of achievement-driven cultures. Through her writing, speaking, and coaching, she explores the intersection of burnout, identity, power structures, and aligned leadership, blending personal narrative with insights from economics and psychology.
