Description
Still wearing the dress that won't come off, Luna follows the shadow woman through the cracked mirror in the hidden rehearsal room. She finds herself in a dusty corridor beneath the theater, lined with dressing rooms for actors who never left. Each door bears a name from the logbook, including Lydia's and—now—her own. A faint light glows behind one door, and the sound of a typewriter clacks somewhere ahead. Luna realizes the theater is still building the play, adding new scenes to trap her deeper. She must find the original script, the one Victor Maddox wrote, before the final act is completed and she is sealed inside forever. But the shadow woman is guiding her, not imprisoning her—and that might be the most terrifying part.
