Description
Luna steps onto the stage of the Theater on Bleecker one last time, the ghost light casting a single circle on the dust. Clara's instructions echo—burn the script, break the cycle—but the play cannot be unwritten while Lydia's body still hangs in the balcony. Luna climbs the spiral stairs to find Lydia's corpse, a script in her mouth, and a single page missing. The theater offers a bargain: perform the final act as Lydia never could, and the exits will open. But the script writes itself, the shadow woman watches, and the balcony seats grow a waiting audience. Luna must speak the lines she never learned, knowing the curtain will fall on her last breath. This is the night the ghost light stays dark.
