Kazuo Saito came to Australia nearly 50 years ago and started a karate dojo in Sydney. Now in his 80s, he continues to promote Japanese martial arts—including their spiritual aspects—alongside his son, Harrison. Harrison, who is in his 20s and was born and raised in Australia, admits to having had conflicts with his strict Japanese father, but now believes that he and his father complement one another.
