05/19/26: Justice Jerod Tufte was appointed District Court Judge in 2014 and elected to the North Dakota Supreme Court in 2016. Kim Hegvik was elected Cass County State’s Attorney in 2022. They join Joel on "News and Views" to talk about May being treatment court month.
