Salute to a Hero: Honoring Officer John Bartholomew
Description
WGN-TV reporter Patrick Elwood joins the show to promote the “Salute to a Hero” fundraiser benefiting the John Bartholomew Memorial Fund, honoring the life and service of Officer John Bartholomew. The event takes place Friday, June 5 from 6–9 PM at Hatty’s Club in Rosemont, located behind Allstate Arena, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Bartholomew family. Guests can enjoy celebrity bartenders, raffles, live music, food and drinks, and a special performance by the Bag Pipes & Drums of the Emerald Society – Chicago Police Department. Elwood, serving as emcee for the evening, discusses the importance of supporting fallen officers’ families and keeping Officer Bartholomew’s memory alive through community support and law enforcement solidarity.
