So, some of you may be confused by the title, but most businesses in the world fail because they have air traffic controllers and pilots in flight attendant positions.
As a flight attendant, although fake most of the time, they have the human connection. If you were to put a pilot in that same position, they would fail because they're very bad with people. Air Traffic Control officers? Beyond terrible...their goal is to get your from point a to point b safely. That's in. So, if you have a pilot, who lacks empathy, in a role that they shouldn't be, it could hurt your business.
In today's podcast, we will listen to a lady follow-up with late payments, and because she's not a flight attendant, she fails miserably and potentially loses out on customers with the attitude and carelessness she has.
