The Second AMDIN Continental Conference, is taking place from 18–20 May 2026 in Namibia.
The African Management Development Institutes’ Network (AMDIN) serves as a vital continental platform, bringing together public sector training institutions to strengthen governance, leadership, and capacity across Africa. This upcoming conference marks an important moment in our shared journey to build stronger, more responsive public institutions.
Hosted by the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), this conference will convene a diverse and influential audience — including government officials, public administration practitioners, academics, students, development partners, and private sector leaders.
Under the theme: “Transformative Public Service Leadership for Sustainable Development and Inclusive Growth in Africa,” delegates will engage in meaningful dialogue, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions to the challenges facing public sector leadership today.
