-The bats weren’t hot this weekend for Nebraska---beating South Dakota, 4-1, on Friday; and Grand Canyon, 2-0, on Saturday before

Sunday’s final games (scores not final at time of rundown being made)….but the pitching was phenomenal

-Jake was in attendance for Saturday’s game to witness Jordy Bahl’s complete game, 16 strikeout, one-hit shutout of Grand Canyon,

who just looked lost and scared at the plate. As longtime Husker media member Gary Sharp tweeted this weekend---Jordy is one of the

few athletes to come to Lincoln with high expectations and possibly exceed them. She is simply unbelievable
