The Valley S3 E7 Recap: Mean Girls, Meltdowns & Marriage Bombs ๐ฅ
The Valley-S3 E7: โTriggers and Tiarasโ
Episode 7 brings the cast to San Diego for a getaway packed with emotional breakdowns, explosive confrontations, awkward apologies, and drunken chaos. The trip quickly turns tense as Janet and Michelle continue icing out Lacey, creating what Lacey calls a โmean girl gang-up.โ Kristen struggles emotionally throughout the trip, battling anxiety and insecurity while Luke tries to support her โ eventually breaking down in tears while confiding in Zack about how hard things have been.
The biggest drama erupts at dinner when Janet confronts Lacey about allegedly threatening legal action. Lacey fires back, accusing Janet of bullying her from the moment they met, bringing up comments Janet made about her auditioning for Housewives and researching her online. The conversation spirals when Janet delivers a half-hearted apology before storming off, flipping everyone off and declaring Lacey โnot worth her time.โ
Back at the house, tensions explode again when Brittany encourages Michelle and Lacey to finally hash out their issues. What starts as a conversation about cease-and-desist letters quickly becomes a brutal airing of dirty laundry. Michelle accuses Lacey of talking badly about her, while Lacey claims Michelle insulted her appearance and said sheโd never want her around Isabella. Things escalate even further when Lacey brings up an alleged incident where Michelle pushed Jesse into a window during their marriage. Michelle strongly denies the accusation, saying Jesse was drunk and fell backward himself.
Meanwhile, Dannyโs drinking becomes a growing concern throughout the trip. Lala notices his aggressive behavior and openly calls him out, while several cast members joke about how intoxicated he is. The next day at the zoo and safari, Danny and Nia bicker over parenting responsibilities while caring for their baby, creating uncomfortable moments for the group. Lala becomes emotional watching the interaction, saying sheโs triggered by the way Danny speaks to Nia and worrying about what happens behind closed doors. Danny brushes it off by mocking her as โMs. Triggered,โ leaving the episode ending on a dark and uneasy note.
The episode balances heavy emotional conflict with absurd comic relief, including Schwartz confessing to a sex dream about Lala, Zack drinking vodka from a rhino cup, and the cast preparing for a ridiculous male beauty pageant hosted by former Miss USA Nia. But beneath the tiaras and costumes, the cracks in multiple relationships are becoming impossible to ignore.
