Well, in Round 9 the owners of The Wang in Wanganeen-Milera were graced with his absence, after being a late withdrawal despite making the trip to Darwin, forcing many to gobble up a sub-par score from a rookie on the bench. Thanks for the heads up St Kilda! And to add insult to injury, he’s been ruled out for 3 weeks with that calf strain. Brilliant. And then we had Sam Cumming, the popular rookie trade in, edging us with a score of 32. But it wasn’t all doom and gloom - at least not for owners of Le Bont, who despite supposedly being “touch and go” to play due to knee soreness, the legend had another “Michael Jordan Fly Game” by smashing out a 163.
