One of the biggest fears people have in grief is that healing means forgetting. That if you start to feel better, it means the person or the relationship or the loss didn't matter enough. In today's episode, Celeste makes a distinction that changes everything — moving forward and moving on are not the same thing. You can carry someone with you and still choose to live fully. You can honor what you lost without staying stuck in it forever.
