Day 257- True Tilawah: Living the Qur’an, Not Just Reading It | Naml 89-93 Qasas 1-9

Season 1 Episode 257 Published 1 week, 4 days ago
Description

In this episode, we reflect on powerful lessons from the story of Musa عليه السلام and Fir‘awn, and what it reveals about arrogance, oppression, guidance, and the unfolding plan of Allah. We explore the deeper meaning of true tilawah, how the Qur’an is meant to be lived and followed, and why believers are the ones who truly benefit from its stories and signs.

We also look at the spiritual disease embodied by Fir‘awn: the desire for superiority, control, division, and power without submission to Allah. In contrast, the story of Musa’s mother teaches us what real tawakkul looks like: trusting Allah while still taking the means. Through the river, the palace, and the gradual unfolding of events, we are reminded that Allah’s plan unfolds with perfect wisdom, and that delay does not mean denial.
