President Trump Says China Offered Help In Ending Iran Conflict
Description
President Trump returns from his high-stakes talks with Beijing and says that Chinese leader Xi Jinping offered to help negotiate an end to the Iranian conflict and the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. China is the biggest buyer of oil and gas that passes through the strategic waterway. Meanwhile, Iranian news agencies claim a few Chinese commercial ships were being allowed through the strait.
FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Justin Fulcher, former senior advisor to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, who says the meeting was a first step in bettering relations with China, and the only way to move forward is with more open dialogue between the two countries.
