Steve Kerr returned as the face of Golden State's coaching staff Friday at Chase Center, where he discussed the process he and the Warriors organization went through to keep him as coach for another two seasons. Kerr also discussed the changes needed both on and off the floor for the Warriors to get back on track as a contending organization. On "Dubs Talk," Monte Poole and Dalton Johnson break down the shift in philosophy the Warriors will have to make to compete in an evolving NBA. Later, they interview Coach Kerr and ask him what factors went into his decision to return and how he sees a pathway forward for an organization in need of rekindling past success.
