Shannon College of Hotel Management Marks 75th Anniversary

This year marks a major milestone for Shannon College of Hotel Management as the internationally recognised hospitality college celebrates 75 years since its foundation in 1951.
Over the decades, the college has educated generations of hospitality leaders who have gone on to careers across the globe, and the anniversary celebrations this week will also see the launch of a brand-new undergraduate degree programme.
To look back on the college’s remarkable journey and ahead to its future, Alan Morrissey was joined by the Head of Shannon College, Adrian Sylver.
