Sweeter Than Honey Excerpt:

Bernie loved honey; it was his absolute favorite thing! He didn’t get it all the time, as it was a special treat, so Bernie was always extra appreciative when he got the chance to eat it. He and the bees had made an appointment for Bernie to come get some honey today.

The honey bees were always so kind to him, Bernie thought as he walked through the forest, the sun shining through the branches of the tall, green pine trees and the shorter red maple trees. As Bernie lumbered through the autumnal beauty of the woods, he wished that he would have a chance someday to do something kind for the bees in return for their kindness to him.

Today’s Meditation: Imagine floating on a cloud, and relax into the feeling of lightness.
