And in Tennessee, a man who shot his ex-wife to death in her own driveway while she begged for her life on a 911 call pleaded guilty to murder the day before his trial was set to begin and was sentenced to life in prison; prosecutors say that while awaiting trial, he also attempted to hire a fellow inmate to kill his former mother-in-law.
