Description
In this meditation, I guide you into a simple visualisation of returning to an inner sanctuary, a place of peace and stillness within yourself.
We begin by settling into the body and the breath, allowing awareness to deepen gently. From here, you are invited to follow the breath inward, towards a quiet centre of awareness.
As the meditation unfolds, you are guided to imagine a doorway, a place that belongs entirely to you. Beyond this doorway lies your inner sanctuary, a space you can shape and return to whenever you wish.
Within this space, you are invited simply to be, resting in stillness, receiving a sense of light, calm and presence.
This practice is not about creating something new, but about recognising a place of peace that is already available within you.
As the meditation comes to a close, you are gently guided back, carrying this sense of calm into the rest of your day.
This meditation offers a moment of calm, whether you are pausing during the day or winding down before sleep, helping you reconnect with stillness, clarity and inner peace.
