   4. Mistakes churches commonly make: What are the top 3 communication errors you see churches make in the first 24–48 hours that create long-term damage (even when leaders mean well)?
   5. Audience-specific messaging: How should communication differ for (a) the congregation, (b) affected families/victims, (c) volunteers/staff, and (d) media/social media—without sounding inconsistent?
