Episode Details

In this Pastoral Chat, Pastor Amos is discussing how God wants you rich. For some people, that statement sounds like heresy because they believe money and faith should never mix, yet throughout Scripture we see that God is deeply concerned with the provision and prosperity of His people, from the promises of abundance given to Israel to the costly gifts brought to Jesus and the consistent provision throughout His ministry. This does not mean everyone will become financially rich, but Scripture shows that God gives wisdom, ideas, and instructions for prosperity, and whether we experience financial increase often depends on how well we hear, trust, and obey the guidance God places in our hearts, just as the widow in 2 Kings received breakthrough by following the prophet's instructions.
