Kingman Employees Recognized for Leadership Excellence

Three City of Kingman employees were recently recognized during the Mohave College Kingman Campus student recognition ceremony for their hard work, leadership, and commitment to professional growth. Sandy Williams, Jennifer Sochocki, and Art Pipkin were honored following their successful completion of the City’s 2025 Leadership & Excellence Supervisor Academy, an intensive 12-week program designed to strengthen leadership skills across City departments. Karen Bohler, the instructor who led the Academy this past October, nominated all three employees for the recognition based on their dedication and performance throughout the program.
