A white Ford F-250 or Super Duty pickup truck, with distinctive lights and no tailgate, was seen dragging a dog by a chain in Rutherford County. The dog later died from injuries, and the truck circled back without stopping. Detective Andrew Quintal is investigating, asking for home camera footage from May 5th and urging the public to report any information. Aggravated animal cruelty charges are possible.
