Send me a message if you have any questions or comments!

If your mind feels overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and tired from carrying too much for too long… this is for you.

There are moments where your thoughts become heavy, your stress builds up quietly, and mentally, you feel like you can’t keep holding everything together. You may look fine on the outside, but internally, you feel drained, restless, and in need of peace.

In this prayer and meditation, I’m asking God to calm your thoughts, lift the mental weight you’ve been carrying, and give your mind the rest it’s been longing for. You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.

Tonight, let this be your moment to pause, breathe, and release what’s been overwhelming you.

You are allowed to rest.
